The safety of our guests is paramount. We utilize professional cleaning services to ensure all approved areas are properly cleaned and sanitized between bookings. Sanitizing products are also available onsite for use during your event. Please note: the cleaning fee covers standard post-event disinfecting and general cleaning. Guests are responsible for basic event cleanup, including disposing of all trash in the garbage bags provided and leaving the space free of debris. All personal items, décor, and vendor materials must be removed prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
