Can typically find 2-3 street parking spots within 1 block radius. There are also several parking lots within 1 mile from the apartment.

Each room is lit by two large windows (84" x 32" on parlor level and 74" x 32" on 3rd floor). Natural light can be controlled by block-out curtains (south side of house) or shutters (on the north side). Light is brightest from 10 am to 5pm

We are on a relatively quiet street. Street noise is minimal where you might hear the occasional car stereo or such.

Stairs

Space is accessible from the 2nd floor brownstone stoop stairs.

We have two bedrooms and one large bathroom that can be used for make-up / wardrobe

100 amp service/ 20 outlets We will be available (in lower garden apartment) and will reset the circuit breaker if necessary.

No Smoking. No Parties. No alcohol allowed after 8 PM. Backyard Access: The backyard is off-limits and inaccessible to all guests. Furniture Movement: Heavy furniture such as the large bed and bathtub cannot be moved as they are bolted to the ground. Any other furniture that is moved must be handled with care and returned to its original location. Delicate Surfaces: Please exercise utmost care with the plaster walls and all delicate surfaces. Clawfoot Tub: No boots are allowed inside the clawfoot tub, and it must not be moved. A $150 fee will be charged for any boot marks or camera scuffs found inside the porcelain clawfoot tub. Shoe Covers: All crew must wear shoe covers, which will be provided at the space, or be barefoot, as the old wood flooring is delicate. Equipment Liability: We are not liable for any equipment that is left overnight. Overtime Fees: An overtime fee of 2.0x the original hourly rate will be applied after a 15-minute grace period. Space Modifications: Any proposed modifications to the space must be cleared and coordinated with us in advance.

We open to interior alterations. However, potential changes will have to be cleared and discussed with us.
