About the Space
Welcome! This townhouse sits in a quiet corner of Bedford Stuyvesant historic district. My architect and husband restored this home with his own hands over the last few years. We believe it has achieved the ultimate balance of historic detailing and modernity with beautiful details such as venetian plaster, ornate tiling, pocket doors and artistic vignettes. The 10-foot ceilings on both the 2nd and 3rd floors lend a wonderful natural light. The neighborhood is bubbling over with yummy restaurants and coffeeshops including Chez Oscar, Milk & Pull, and Nana Ramen right across the street. Street parking is readily accessible within the block. Access to the A/C train (Utica Ave stop) is 4 blocks away.
