World class designed home nestled in the new Lincoln Yards neighborhood. Our space is filled with exceptional artifacts, fantastic finishes, special patinas and one-of-a-kind artwork. **6 HOUR MINIMUM FRIDAY & SATURDAY. Bookings on holidays and holiday weekends are subject to additional fees. Please inquire about your particular event and date. Rentals that go past midnight must provide additional insurance in writing and in our possession before the event starts. **ANTIQUE CARS ARE NOT ON-SITE** Both trees have been removed in the courtyard. We have a licensed professional in between bookings clean and disinfect all surfaces and cleaning of all floors, door handles and windows. We provide single use paper towels in all bathrooms and the kitchen. Hand sanitizer is disbursed throughout the space.
