Its a two story, single family home on a 20,000 sq ft lot. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. with a finished basement. We just moved into the home, there is a lot of open space as we have not furnished it yet. The space could work well for almost any activity needed that would account for a new home in the suburbs. It is a colonial modern farm house style with a front porch and a spacious backyard.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
