Olivia, the host, was helpful and very responsive. Space was as advertised - spacious, clean, and quiet for my meeting. Amenities including coffee area and bathrooms were also clean and quiet.

What a perfect office rental. The location is conveniently located off Hwy 1 in downtown Santa Cruz. You can easily get to nice meal or walk on the beach after you're done working. The office rental comes with access to a kitchen, nice clean bathrooms, and complimentary water and snacks. There is also a ton of parking. We had three people in the office and had plenty of space to be comfortable. Our office also had a white board which we used as well. I am extremely pleased with our time there and will definitely be back. Also Olivia was super friendly and very helpful!
