About the Space

The space is a newly constructed 2000+ sq ft Modern style home located in Laurette Park! 3/2 open layout with modern decor and pops of color, ideal for cozy home photos and videos. The house has a full kitchen with Colonial White Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances that pair beautifully with the dark wood-look floors running through the common areas... perfect for cooking demonstrations with large prep space. Large glass dining table great for team meetings for a group of 6 or private catered dinners. The Master bedroom has a king bed and with his & her sinks and dual shower heads in a massive drive through shower. The other two bedrooms are comprised of a guest room with a queen bed, and a dedicated office space with a desk, book case, and sofa. The home also has a spacious out door grilling/entertaining area in the rear, connecting the detached garage to the living room.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
