About the Space
Award-winning Architect designed a 2000 sq foot home open concept. Featured in Dwell magazine, Dezen magazine and featured in a Taschen book on architecture. Shooting can be done from 3 sides of the building! West facing 9x50' deck. Elegant black exterior. 9-foot ceilings downstairs, 14 feet angles ceilings upstairs. Professional kitchen. 14' by 8' spa pool

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Amazing space, beautiful and unique. The aesthetic of the house was the perfect backdrop for our shoot. Easy access to the long deck created a great prep space. Gustavo was very accommodating and easy to work with.
