If you are looking for an elegant Craftsman Home for your photo or film shoot, this is your place. Our home is a beautiful 1910, A.E. Smith Craftsman home with generous spaces and great architectural detailing. At the entrance is a fine entry hall ending in a formal stair extending through a two story space. On one side is a 450 sf living room. On the other side is a 225 sf lounge. The dining room has a table for 10 with built in glass fronted casework on two sides. There is a bright modern kitchen/breakfast room with light bamboo flooring, white cabinets and gray countertops. Upstairs are four bedrooms one with glassed in sunporch. There are decks on two sides of the house providing additional photo opportunities or space access and craft support. There are beautifully landscaped yards in the front and rear with two 100’ redwood trees. There is plenty of room for the shoot area and room for craft support. We are attentive to your needs and are airbnb super hosts.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
