About the Space
Walking distance from C, 2 & 3 trains, this space is ideally located in the city. Morningside Park, Central Park, and 125th St are all walking distance from location. The space is versatile in its uses. Having a sizeable main area with great natural lighting coming from high windows makes it a great space for production use. It faces away from the street, so noise is never an issue here. The space is a great venue for hosting events, gatherings, and meetings. There is access to a spare room of 150 sq ft and kitchen allowing for extra storage/staging space, as well as storing, preparing, and heating of food and/or refreshments.
