Secluded 8 acre land with 4,000sqf 5 bedroom,4.5 bath, luxury ranch home, created for conscious living events, photography and filming. bedrooms are only for filming use if needed but not for sleeping. Located 12 miles off main road. Newly remodeled, with a grand open kitchen and high end dining area, outdoor grand porch with breath taking views of the red Sedona mountains, and sunsets. The home is decorated with crystals and art and uses solar power and water that is pumped from a well, with the purest streaming water throughout the home.

General Rules
All rentals will be monitored by a representative of the owners on site, outside catering is allowed although we highly recommend our gourmet conscious culinary chef services, smoking is limited to safe smoking zones outside the house, no overnight stays, any other rules will be discussed pending nature of event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The use of natural cleaning products that not harmful to environment and humans
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
