About the Space
Beautiful natural light exposed brick warehouse / creative space available for your next film, photo, music video shoot or special event. Ability to black out windows upon request. Quiet location and audio friendly. Large 20'x14' roll up garage door with street level access. Back your 3 ton grip truck right in and drop gear. Parking for 8 right out front along with easy street parking and a $5 all day lot on the block. Large assortment of photo/video/film equipment for rentals along with a large assortment of vintage cars available for rent as props for extra fee. Please enquire. 2 bathrooms. 400a 3 phase power & WiFi. Rate may vary depending on production requirements.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This studio was perfect for our Fashion Show! The Host was very accommodating and allowed us to really use the space as best we can. There was an on-site representative that was able to answer/solve any concerns/problems we had during the event. Would definitely book again!

Great venue for my son's 6th birthday party. It's spacious, has high ceilings which was perfect for a bounce house, and AC which was great for a hot day. Jack, the host, is really nice. We had a small hiccup when we arrived to set up, but Jack and his team were able to sort it out quickly. Everyone enjoyed the party and we got a lot of compliments on how unique / cool the space was.

I couldn't have asked for a better host or a better spot to have our baby shower! It was a special day and moment for us as soon-to-be parents and Jack really came through with providing us a place to capture this time in our lives. Outside of the space...Jack was super helpful and communicative with any questions that we had prior to the event and during the event. He even helped us set up some chairs when we were setting up tables for the party. He also played a role in helping clean up as well. This space is amazing and so clean! I had so many of my guests rave about how nice it was. There was plenty of light, plenty of room, very nice bathrooms, and a perfect room to get ready in. Parking was also easily accessible and there was a lot of it! All in all, this space will definitely be one that we would love to book again for any other future events we might have.
