About the Space
Perfect for movie set / filming! Amazing 6,000 square foot home built in 1978 and mostly all original details and decor still in place. Full Arcade room, sunken living room, Indoor circular bar, Vintage (1978) Kitchen and bathrooms. Master bathroom with sunken hot tub. We also own a local restaurant and can provide affordable catering if needed. The Host, David, went above and beyond to accommodate us for our Elopement Party. We had planned the party quite hastily as we were visiting the area from across the country, and David helped us and remained in contact every step of the way. He made sure our liability and services were all up-to-par and ready to go in time, and provided an endless amount of support from the day we booked until the moment we left the property, even giving a hand during set up and clean up. The space is absolutely stunning; the decor, amenities, and activities here are abundant! Everything looks just like the photos-- it's arguably even better in real life! Everyone at our party was stunned at the quality and beauty of the surroundings, and couldn't stop gushing about the party space and views from outside. It fit our theme and vibe perfectly, and we didn't even have the time to make use of everything this space has to offer!! I am still in awe at the outstanding level of quality and service David provided us. If we're ever back in town for another occasion, we will definitely be contacting David again.

We hosted a company party here with adults and kids and can I say it exceeded my expectations! The host went above and beyond to make our party successful. The food was incredible and there was plenty of it! David even made sure our order was appropriate for the number of guests we had so we didn't over or under-order anything. The space was beautiful,the pool was fantastic and heated!! Everything went smoothly and I was able to relax and enjoy the party. So much fun was had by all we are thinking of making this a yearly tradition!
