About the Space
The entire area is designed for a great time either with a group of up to 30 or just a couple. There is a 1500 bottle wine cellar with tasting table that seats 10, bar and lounge area with pool, darts, TV 3 different, smaller seating areas, a kitchen designed with old-world flair, a full spa-like bathroom and a queen bedroom if overnight accommodations are needed for one person or a couple. The area is made of rich wood, stone, brick and glass. The doors are 100% mahogany imported from Mexico, the wood stairs are from trees on the property, milled right here with old-world decorative nail heads. The lighting is romantic, great sound system, private entrance with patio and outdoor space of glass-topped wine barrels, seating and decorative lighting. A portable gas fire-pit is available for use.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
