About the Space
Our studio is nestled in the heart of Austin's east side, just minutes from downtown while also tucked away from busy traffic and thoroughfares. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, many venues and nightclubs, and some residential areas. Our space was originally a warehouse that manufactured bulk chain and rope in the 1950's, and since has subdivided into many units hosting artists, makers, and small businesses, sharing a courtyard parking lot with neighboring tenants. For this reason, we prefer advance notice for larger indoor/outdoor events. The studio has a full-sized garage door, house projection screen, portable video monitor, metal and wooden accents, and a parking lot with up to 22 spaces available for special events (5 parking spaces designated for our studio 24/7). Full-Service In-House Audio and Video Recording of your event and use of our PA system are available for add-ons. Our main Studio A has 905 sq.ft. available for use, and Studio B provides a small additional set at 520 sq.ft., or great for use as staging, producer viewing, storage, or craft services (large sliding door and glass doors for sound isolation)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
