Bright & warm artist loft in Lincoln Park

A former ballroom turned loft in a unique building on the edge of Lincoln Park. Highest ceilings and incredible unobstructed golden hours. Decorated with tons of vintage furniture, art, heirloom Indian decor, and always being rearranged. Open for all your photography or filming needs; feel free to inquire with any questions! I work from home as a graphic designer so am very flexible. Features: – 14 ft west-facing arched windows (spectacular sunsets!), but bright & balanced light all day with windows from various directions including skylights – 18 ft ceilings, bright white walls, and an open layout throughout – Gallery wall of art, and gallery lighting lining most walls – Other mood lighting, such as all lights on dimmers and pink lightbulbs – Props such as a giant disco ball, mirrors, and 20+ plants including a 9 ft palm – Vintage furniture and various tabletops (inlaid geometric or burl wood, mosaic tile, and marble) for your product photography needs – A reflective, copper-colored fireplace with marbled floor tile – Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom – 1200 sq ft, plus an upper lofted bedroom with double skylights Open for your portrait / product / interior / lifestyle shoots, filmed interviews, and more. Golden hours, as shown in many of the listing photos, will occur between 3:30-7pm depending on the time of year and if the sun is out. But there is still bright natural light the rest of the day, even with cloud cover. Please note there is a cat onsite – but she will stay in an enclosed room with me during bookings, and the space is cleaned and air purified beforehand.
