About the Space
This creative space is 1,000 sq. ft and perfect for photography, videography, and small gatherings. As a creative space I am open to new ways this space can be used. Great for both natural light and studio lighting. The ambient light here is gorgeous. I am also open to renting out a particular piece of furniture, as requested. The parking lot out front available for parking directly in front of the studio, as well as easy free street parking. No stairs.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I loved this space. I love the flexibility from Leah to be able to move items around. She is very laid back and I appreciate her flexibility. Communication with her was a breeze and I couldn't ask for anything better. You can do so much with the space.

Such a beautiful studio. So many props and the lighting equipment was perfect for an evening shoot. She also went out of her way to show me, a newbie photographer, how to use the trigger. Highly recommend!
