About the Space

Our home was designed in mind to host events ranging from workshops, corporate presentations and unique social events, dinner parties, celebratory events, and filming. It is a beautiful luxury home, decorated with modern zen ambience decor, furniture, crystals and art. The gorgeous large fully stocked chef kitchen with the stunning open dining room can be used for dinner parties, cooking classes which both are also offered as additional services by us. Meditation and Yoga retreats can be perfect to be hosted at our Grand meditation room facing the glass doors to a gorgeous sunrise/sunset. The grand room can be used for presentations off all kinds. The beautiful backyard can host stunning red rock views events such as weddings, parties, or any celebratory events. The 8 acre grounds are great for walks and wilderness meditation/yoga or any other spiritual ceremony surrounded by the Sedona red rocks and very secluded. Our location is know as black light area which feature stunning star gazing opportunity.

Ambient noise description

We are on an 8 acre land 12 miles off the main road, the only sounds that we can hear are of nature. The house is high tech and appliances are updated and quiet.

Equipment loading description

The land is flat, loading/parking space is available with ease throughout the house entrances. The road leading to the house is off road but maintained and had trucks and RV driven on.

There are 5 separate bedrooms and specific rooms needed can be discussed specifically on contract.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

master bedroom and walking closet, however if required for film all can be negotiated.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

All rentals will be monitored by a representative of the owners on site, outside catering is allowed although we highly recommend our gourmet conscious culinary chef services, smoking is limited to safe smoking zones outside the house, no overnight stays, any other rules will be discussed pending the nature of event.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

full liability and property/belongings damage insurance

Furniture and decorations may be moved

As long as furniture and decorations are safely moved stored and insured it can be negotiated into the agreement

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

At entrance of the home when driving onto the property

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The use of natural cleaning products that not harmful to environment and humans

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
