Recording Studio Available for Filming and Other Events
About the Space
This studio is used for recording services as well as filming Vlogs, Podcast or Music Videos. If you need a bigger studio for a film project just send me a message, our other space could fit an entire bus. Rates for recording are listed without an engineer. Engineer is available for an additional $25 per hour. Private events are possible with a limited capacity. Set up and clean-up times are to be included in your booking. After hours sessions are available, must inquire by message. Guests should be completely cleaned up and on their way our at the end of the booking. No pets, no weapons, no drugs allowed, No loitering in the parking lot, no smoking or drinking in the parking lot. Please be courteous to the neighbors and refrain from being loud after 10:00pm in the parking lot.

We Sanitize and disinfect after every session. we have hand sanitizer in every room and alcohol wipes as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
