About the Space

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING----Stone Studio is a photo / event space ideal for brand pop-up's, content creation, photography, and events! We will be adding a lot of new features over the course of the next few months but have the bases for everything you'll need to create photos featuring a 11 H x 16 W 15 L cyclorama, as well as a separate HMU area, and styling racks hangers + select seamless color paper backdrops available to rent. Because stone studio is a creative space, we are always changing. our current furniture install is in collaboration with Sarah Eliason, featuring their iconic huggy chair as well as their new Float sofa which has been featured in Vogue Living VL50 list earlier this year-- we are always changing our installs-- the best way to keep up with what we have in stock is by messaging/ following our IG @stone____studio ! STUDIO IS PREPARED 24 hrs prior to booking-- we are are turn key studio-- if you do not make requests prior we suggest you bring your own EQ **Again, these items will not be available should you change your mind as the studio is prepped prior to your booking ______________________________________________________________________________________ RULES: The studio must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - furniture, should NOT be moved unless authorized, this includes the HMU area. Please note that many of our pieces are vintage/ hand made and require a great deal of care when repositioning. Furniture should be lifted not dragged. • ALL members of crew must wear shove coverings (provided) when working on the cyclorama • No Glitter, Confetti, or Paint • No standing on the furniture **do NOT move the furniture unless authorized prior • Food and drink are NOT allowed on cyclorama or tarps • We have a hard in and out time, please do not show up before your schedule start time. • We reserve all the rights to take and share BTS of whatever shoot is happening on our property for the promotion of of our location, unless NDA provided prior to booking. • Please do not smoke in the building, vapes are okay. • No Bulk Trash (anything that cannot fit within the trash can or trash bins in the hallway) • Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Health and Safety Measures

Each guest is asked to clean up after themselves as well as an inspection/ cleaning is pre-formed before other guests rent out the space

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
