About the Space
Extremely unique triangle shaped living / dining room with a gorgeous view of the city from the dining area. Named ‘Condo of the Week’ in 2010. Would be great for filming or photography in the kitchen / living room area. Floor to ceiling windows and Juliet balconies down the length of the triangle, both sides.

Parking description
There is a parking lot on distillery lane, metered street parking all down Mill street , and paid parking on the first level of underground parking in my building.
Space has natural light
Lighting description
There are blinds for every window, but they are not black-out. Given the triangular shape of the unit, there is full sunlight AM and PM.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
If the doors / windows are open, there is ambient noise from Parliament street. If they are closed, noise is very minimal.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone, but it requires booking in advance and a deposit. Loading trucks can remain for the duration of the loading zone / elevator booking only (max 3 hours).

My second bedroom / office can be made available for an extra fee, upon request.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
My bedroom and en-suite bathroom are completely off-limits. My second bedroom / office (closest to the living room where shoots occur) can be made available upon request, for an extra fee. The guest bathroom is available.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules
Absolutely 100% no smoking. Available for film/video shoots only. Pets / food consumption allowed if required for the shoot.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture must stay within the unit. Wall decorations can be removed; the wall mounted TV can be removed, but not the wall mount.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Videos in parking garage, monitored by 24 hour concierge.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Professionally cleaned between uses, and cleaning / sanitizing products provided for during-use cleans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
