About the Space

Charming Spanish home with multiple outdoor spaces for parties, meetings, dinners, brunches or photo shoots. Beautiful Spanish style fountain, Spanish tile, fire pit and lush gardens surround the property. Upon arrival you will enter the fountain courtyard that is perfect for champagne greetings and passed appetizers. Your guests can then move through the lush gardens into the bougainvillea courtyard for conversation. When you are ready for the main event, come to the back garden lush with bamboo, bougainvillea, citrus trees and vegetable garden for dinner, brunch or an outdoor meeting. There is a dedicated (retro!) refrigerator for all of your party needs....ice, cake, chilled drinks, etc. LGBT friendly. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

Hosted a baby shower for ~25 people at Carin's Spanish Bungalow. Multiple guests commented on how lovely the space was and how nicely decorated/well kept it was. Carin was a wonderful host! She warmly greeted us, gave us a tour when we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed for a successful event, and was readily available that day. Carin was also always very responsive to any questions I had leading up to the event. I would definitely book with Carin and this space again!

Yes, I would book again.

This was the perfect place to host my sisters baby shower. Not only is it so beautiful, but Karin went above and beyond in her helpfulness. My son got super sick the night before the event, so I wasn’t able to attend - she made sure my family had everything they needed. I would book again for any party in a heartbeat.

Carin was absolutely amazing! She made us feel comfortable to work in her space she gave access to anything we needed and helped our shoot go by very smooth.

We had a beautiful time during my Mother Blessing ceremony here. Carin was very helpful in welcoming us at the start and gave us free reign of the space after that. We enjoyed our time so much we didn't want to leave. This is a very gorgeous space and I would absolutely rent again!

This space was perfect! The home is gorgeous, but working with Carin made it magical. We had ~40 guests and it was comfortable and shaded in the evening. Lots of parking and everything to make an event feel special. The garden is perfect and has all the elements that feel like home. We’ll definitely be hosting here again.

Yes, I would book again.

Fantastic space. Our host Carin was amazing and super responsive/quick with answers to last minute questions and concerns. Would highly recommend for ANY occasions. We had a surprise engagement party and it went extremely well all around with every component of the party.

We had a wonderful time booking Carin's place for our wedding. Carin was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating of all our requests. The space itself was perfect for an intimate ceremony with our close friends and relatives. We were able to use the backyard for both our ceremony and reception. We would absolutely book from Carin again. Thank you Carin!
