Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned after every booking; time between bookings allows for proper cleaning. The space is always cleaned and mopped. Trash is removed and garbage cans are supplied with new linings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space is a modern space perfect for photoshoots, workshops, meetings, or classes. The showroom is half blue and half yellow with a dorm room theme, which is perfect for surrounding universities and graduation photoshoots. It is also good for anyone trying to hold a class for their business. Overall, it is the perfect creative space.

You can not hear the neighbors and the building is not on a busy street. The AC is very low.

There is no loading zone and does not require a ramp. Loading trucks can be parked in a space in the front.

Electrical system description

There are outlets located throughout the facility with a high power rating. The circuit breaker is in the showroom.

General Rules

No smoking at all in the building. No selling of alcohol. No pets allowed. No congregating in the front of the building. Properly dispose of any trash. TIME: Please include the time needed to setup, breakdown, and clean up. You can arrive up to 15 minutes before booking starting time and you must be completed by the end of your booking to avoid overtime fees. Your booking is not extended due to a late arrival. EXTENSION: You may pay to extend your booking time in advance, depending on the studio's schedule. Please inform us about overtime as soon as possible, so we can determine if your booking can be extended.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a camera in the showroom space, 2 office rooms, and outside. The space is a functioning worksite during the week. This property holds inventory and equipment that must be monitored.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
