Meticulously appointed with renovated amenities, modern furnishings, high ceilings, featuring 6 decks with ocean and river views. The space is great for work or play. From photoshoots, videos, private events, house shows, the list goes on. The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 decks on the main floor. 2nd floor is an eclectic loft that works as a 3rd bedroom with open floor plan and 4 decks. The space is very spacious, bright, with beautiful hardwood floor and a lot of natural bright. The are numerous sections to shoot, possibilities are endless. Unit is on the 2nd floor, guests must be able to walk up stairs.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
