Our spaces are blank canvases that will allow you to easily bring your creative vision to life. They're great for private micro-events with small gatherings such as baby showers and meetings. It's an elegant loft-style storefront located inside Art Square with a parking lot directly in front of our space. There is a restroom for both men and women just about 15-20 steps away from our door. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit in The Arts District, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas. We're located in an active area with a bar just across our courtyard that is lively at times, mainly on nights and weekends. There is also a restaurant across the street and multiple restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. Depending on your layout, there is seating for up to 40 or standing room for up to 50. Your rental comes with all the necessary amenities you could hope for that are listed below at no extra cost. • Free Wi-fi • Free parking • Tripod laptop stand • 40 Black folding chairs • Eight 30" black bar stools • Air-conditioning/heating • Four 31"x 43" cocktail tables • Six rectangular 6ft folding tables • Bluetooth speaker for background music • 70" TV with HDMI input to connect your laptop, and a soundbar for quality audio Rental rates are as follows: • Friday - Sunday is $100 per hour if booking five hours or more, or $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum *some restrictions apply. • Monday - Thursday is $100 per hour with a two-hour minimum. • Full-day buyouts are $1,000 from 8 AM - 10 PM. • After-hours rates are $150 per hour from 10 PM - 12 AM. • Holiday rentals are billed at $150 per hour and require a five-hour minimum or a full-day buyout for $1,500. Any additional time added after you initially book is billed at $150 per hour from 8 AM - 10 PM, or $200 per hour from 10 PM - 12 AM. *Please note that setup and breakdown time should be included in your start/end time when booking.

I couldn't recommend this space or the owner any more. Mike was very professional, courteous, and had a lightning fast response time if I needed to reach out to him. He was very proactive in making sure I had all of the info and items I needed. The items I asked for were perfectly laid out and ready to go when we showed up. The summary of everything I needed to know was very thorough. It was somewhat of a last minute notice, and it still went off without a hitch. 10/10 would recommend

I reside in Arizona so my planning was more challenging. I came across this space through my search and thought it was perfect. I rented this space for my cousin’s memorial service. It caught my eye because my cousin’s 13 year old daughter is an artist. BTW her daughter did love it. Mike the host couldn’t been more helpful. Mike made this process extremely simplistic which was helpful during a time of sadness. I’d rent this space again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike! ☺️

Mike is the NICEST host I’ve ever accounted. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we had everything needed. The space looks exactly in the photos and Mike sent me a survey the day before to make sure we had chairs, tables, speaker, tv, etc. It was seriously the easiest experience and I would definitely book him again! What’s great about the location also is that there’s a huge parking lot! Just beware that on weekends, it is a tourist spot and farmer’s market so the area could get a bit busy. We hosted a bridal shower here and it was a dream! Thanks Mike for being so great and accommodating! It was all wonderful!

I cannot recommend Mike and his spaces any higher. This was the perfect space for my micro-wedding reception. From the get go, Mike responded extremely fast, and was extremely helpful with my questions. His 3D visualization and measurement tool were very useful. When I arrived to LV Mike took the time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the space and explain everything (in the midst of setting up for another event!). Reserving the tables and chairs was extremely convient using the form Mike sent to us. Our reception went very well, it was the highlight of our night, our only regret is that we didn't hold all of our events for our wedding weekend in this space (we rented multiple venues on peerspace). I cannot express my gratitude enough, thank you so much Mike!!!

The space was gorgeous and was just enough room for my baby shower. The items provided were in good condition and easy to use/setup. The venue was very warm like the ac never came on or cooled the place entirely. so I’d recommend a portable fan. It also started to rain and water poured through one of the windows so I’d check the weather before booking an event. If I knew it was due to rain I more than likely would’ve picked a different day. Overall I was satisfied with my event and thought I got a good deal for the price.
