About the Space

The Content Houzze is a beautifully decorated space where you can take amazing pictures (photographers are going to love this one), create social media content, movies, tv commercials, documentaries, short films as well as host small events and meetings. Trust me, you can do it all here so feel free to create. As you walk into The Production Pad you will be impressed by the beautiful front porch with not one but TWO very aesthetically pleasing seating areas. Upon entering the front door you will be amazed by two living spaces filled with inspiring wall art as well as tasteful, functional and fun decor. The kitchen has a lovely breakfast nook as well and there’s is a beautifully decorated dining room. We have ring lights available as well as a lighted makeup vanity, lighted floor mirror and a clothing rack in the basement for privacy. It’s available for you to use as a dressing room. The home is filled with light color and inspiration. Come enjoy it, you will not want to leave!!!! Everything can be moved around as needed.

General Rules Have fun and enjoy the space it’s what it was designed for. All ages are allowed in the space Outside catering is allowed Furniture and decorations may be moved in both living rooms, porch, kitchen and dining room. Please ensure that all furniture is returned to the original places. Feel free to use the ring lights as well as the clothing rack and makeup vanity. You can use all of the spaces on the first floor, the only restricted areas are the ones listed below. . Please absolutely no smoking indoors or at front porch. . No firearms allowed, no illegal drugs, no illegal activity. . No parties allowed without permission from the Host. . If you are going to have outside catering please eat your meals at the dining table and/or the kitchen area, not in the living rooms. It is difficult to get stains out of our upholstery and linens. . No guests are allowed on the second floor, basement or backyard (unless previously agreed upon) Security cameras located on the exterior of the house. Recording devices in bathroom or dressing room are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement and by me. Again feel free to enjoy the space and remember ONLY good vibes are allowed.
