COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We are signed up to enhanced cleaning schedule from Visit Britain, and hold Good To Go and AA COVID-Confident accreditations for all of our properties.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

With its Victorian façade and large bay window, Lancaster House stands proudly in an enviable location, right in the centre of Blackpool. This large, stylish, contemporary Blackpool holiday home is just few minutes’ walk from the Promenade and the sea front. Sleeping up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms, Lancaster House is perfect for groups of friends or large families wanting to enjoy special times together in a fabulous home. This magnificent three-storey holiday home has 8 bedrooms, 7 of which are en-suite, with a full family bathroom on the first floor as well. Originally a grand Victorian townhouse, Lancaster House has been lovingly restored to give you all the modern comforts and convenience you need, while keeping the detail and character that complement the building’s heritage. Downstairs, the spacious living room offers a South-facing bay window to let in the lovely Blackpool sunshine, and gloriously soft and comfortable sofas to relax into after a busy day of adventures. Behind the living room is a fabulous dining room for celebrating or entertaining during your family holiday in Blackpool. Downstairs, you will find a further shower room and a fully fitted kitchen with two ovens, two stove-tops, a large fridge-freezer, microwaves, kettles and toasters. Cutlery, crockery and cookware are all provided, meaning you will have everything you need for your perfect self-catering Blackpool break. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as direct access through to our on-site private parking. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with their own luxury en-suite shower room and toilet. There is also a family bathroom with bathtub and shower on the first floor. Many of the bedrooms at Lancaster House have a dedicated work-space as well as their own digital TV. Free WiFi is included, and WiFi boosters in the bedrooms ensure a strong signal throughout. On the second floor there are three more double bedrooms, as well as the luxury Master Suite. To the rear of the property away from the road, the Master Suite has its own walk-in wardrobe and dressing area, as well as an en-suite shower room with toilet. The Master Suite has one double bed, one single bed, and a dedicated baby annexe with luxury large wooden crib.

Parking description
The Townhouse has space for 2 vehicles (cars) or one larger vehicle (van) at the rear. Parking is usually £10 per vehicle per night, but we can be flexible on this. Europe's largest car and coach park is 100 yards away.
