Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We are taking all measures seriously and ensuring that we do follow and adhere to government guidlines for a safer place for everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

We offer a spacious contemporary audio and visual recording studio for various types of productions i.e live band rehearsal space, virtual live streaming, product launch space, music video production, photo studio space, design set shoots for talk shows , podcasts and film production.

Parking description

Plenty of free parking space as we are situation in an industrial business park and surrounded by car garages so there is no restrictions on parking we can have up to 50 cars easily.

General Rules

No smoking in the building Outside catering is allowed We have a zero policy tolerance for staff abuse

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

The premises has 3 security cameras in total that capture both video and audio recording. 2 are situated outside right by the entrance and 1 is situated inside the studio with a bird eye view.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
