The beautiful property, located in the middle of Silicon Valley, is roughly 3400sq/ft main house plus a 500sq/ft ADU. The house has recently been remodeled in the style of California Craftsman with wooden casement windows. The Craftsman home has Brazilian Red Cherry floors. The guest ADU unit is in the back of the property and used to be an external garage. Yes, there is a long driveway to the ADU. The backyard is enclosed by double gates, a fence, and the main house. The front yard and the backyard are exquisitely manicured. To top it all off there is a white picket fence in front of the house which has a wooden gate that invites you in! p.s. Your privacy is important to us. All rooms have shades. We also have a shoji screen in case you need to be private about your project.

This is a private home. We schedule appointments with a minimum of 36 hours (i.e. the home is not used for commercial meetings or production shoot) in between appointments. We hire a professional cleaner to clean surfaces. If there is a specific ask or question we are more than happy to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
