Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

The Meeting Room at the Farm Soho was wonderful space that I utilizes as a room to set up and hold food for a memorial service that I held for mother. I used the main room at the space for the actually service. I would highly recommend this space to anyone who is holding an event of any kind.

This past Friday night my wife Angela Leigh Tucker celebrated 10 years of recovery after a traumatic brain injury in 2008. Her "ReBirthday" was a tribute to the First Responders, Doctors, Therapists, and friends that made her second chance at life a reality. The Farm Soho was a great venue for this event. Elif and Russell made us feel at ease as we setup the caterers, music and video presentation. Everything we needed to accommodate our 80+ guests was made available. This venue is a great choice for medium sized gatherings and cocktail parties. Don't hesitate to step into the Farm Soho for your next event. Augustus Renzi
