Our property is conveniently located: - 20 minutes north of Burbank - 25 minutes from Glendale - 5 minutes from the 210 Freeway with connections to the 5, 14, 405, and 118 Freeways - 25 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood - 35 minutes north of Downtown LA Tables, chairs, patio umbrellas, bar and coolers, outdoor speakers are included with all bookings! A restroom will be required, you can use your own vendor or we can provide recomendations. This is an outdoor event space. All surfaces have been wiped down and cleaned including pressure washing some areas.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
