We are in east London and our north facing, large open plan warehouse has wooden floors, sections of exposed brick, 10ft high ceilings and four enormous windows that flood the space with indirect daylight. Our space is a new york style loft with an industrial past as it once served as an ammunitions factory. We've added a 2.72m (9ft) photography backdrop and blackout blinds and on our 2 smaller LED panels we have soft boxes which are available for you to use for free. Conveniently located near London Fields Overground in east London and situated between - Hackney Central/Bethnal Green Fast BT Broadband Wi-Fi Perfect for: Photo shoots, film shoots, cooking demos/streams, interviews/talking heads, editorials, content creation for instagram influencers reels, food photography, meet and greets, creative presentations/pitches and TV productions. All furniture is on wheels and so the whole space can be easily reconfigured by one person. 4 large LED photography studio lights, with stands, that can be used if agreed in advance - dimmable with variable warmth. Lighting can be also hung on steel beams. Cooking demos - Great set up with large moveable wooden worktops and an induction hob built in. Plywood kitchen with large Belfast sink and stainless steel cooker (gas hob and electric fan oven/grill). Complimentary drip coffee machine, yorkshire tea and herbal teas. Cooking equipment: Magimix, Vitamix, Paco-jet, rice cooker, Chef’s knives, Sodastream, Ceramic electric coffee grinder, Large pots/pans etc. Off the street, double glazed windows - no traffic noise to deal with. This is London though, we are not soundproofed and our prices reflect this. Building noise comes up from time to time, we cannot guarantee silence. Tropical plants line the windowsills and art hangs on the walls. Our building is famous for housing creatives, designers, makers and do-ers. Iron, ironing board, small steamer and a clothes rail can be used - please ask in advance. L-shaped layout makes it easy to capture great angles. Bedroom and bathroom could be used for an advert etc but MUST be agreed in advance. Access: Reliable lift up to the first floor - there is just one step to get up at the entrance to the whole building. We have asked for a ramp but haven't got one yet.
