About the Space
This newly renovated family home is the perfect space for your next filming, photo, or video shoot. With its open-plan layout and spacious rooms, our home offers plenty of space for your cast and crew to move around and set up their equipment. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all connected, making it easy to capture natural interactions between your actors. And our stand-out antique refectory table is perfect for large family dining scenes. Our lush and beautiful garden is the perfect place to break for a breath of fresh air or to shoot some outdoor scenes. The rustic brick patio and path provide a charming backdrop, and the garden is also well-suited for product photography. Upstairs, you'll find a large family bathroom, main bedroom, and side bedroom, which is currently used as a yoga room. On the top floor, there is a further bedroom, bathroom, and study, which are available only on special request (when we don't have a lodger) and a further fee of £25ph. Whether you're shooting a commercial, a music video, or a family portrait, our home is the perfect space to bring your vision to life.

We have a professional cleaner that comes in between bookings. The house is kept disinfected and very clean. You can leave two bin bags of rubbish in our bins outside the house (one landfill and one recycling). Any more than that and you must remove from the premises.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
