Welcome to The Blue Room — a fully decorated Victorian royal blue and gold studio in East Pilsen, ideal for photography, video shoots, interviews, auditions, and workshops. Stunning views of the Cermak Bridge frame the vintage windows, offering a one-of-a-kind natural backdrop you won't find anywhere else in Chicago. Centrally located in the East Pilsen Industrial District just off I-290 and I-94, with a heated enclosed loading dock, complimentary carts, and plenty of free parking right outside. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot.
