About the Space
Interested in a fresh modern meeting space that will impress your guests at your next function? Look no further, this is the place for you. The space has multiple areas to entertain and present. Recently invested $25,000 in remodeling the space in early 2021 which was professionally designed by Jessica Brown. Appointed with beautifully wood-paneled walls on one end, and artfully chosen wallpaper on the opposing wall, and a vaulted ceiling. It comes complete with a conference table and meeting area, separate seating space for a more intimate gathering, and a flat-screen television for your entertainment needs. In addition, there is a small kitchenette that includes an ice machine, microwave oven, coffee station, a sink, and an adjoining bathroom. Conveniently located on the west side of Spring Branch accessible from the Beltway 8. This space is a head-turner. You won’t be disappointed.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We loved the space. The host is well mannered, understanding, & accommodating. He was with us every step up of the way making sure we had everything needed. The guests for our charity event LOVED the venue. I will always use this space for any of my events going further ! I’m so thankful for finding this host. Have a blessed day.

Absolutely AMAZING. I had my 30th birthday party here, having about 25 guests. The space is so aesthetically pleasing. All of my guests were in awe of how nice the setup of the entire space was. There was more than enough seating for everyone and so much room for us to mingle and talk. I can’t put into words how satisfied I am with this booking. Richard was SO helpful at all levels. His quick response time to any question I had was as good as it can get. He is super nice and amazing to work with. If I could give this booking more than 5 stars, I would do it with no hesitation. I would recommend this space to ANYONE.

Excellent space! My friend and I were looking for a venue last minute due to our previous location cancelling on 4 days prior to the party date. I noticed this location and contacted the host, and he was able to respond in no time. We even came across some issues, but Richard the host was very helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I had a question or needed help, he would respond in no time. Overall, the venue was 10/10 but the service was what made it so much more! :)
