About the Space
My space would be good for photo or video shoots also, meetings and workshops for groups of 10 or less. Dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two bedrooms on main level. Downstairs there’s a living room, two bedrooms, laundry room and furnace room. Upstairs there’s two bedrooms and a closet. The yard is partially fenced with a fire pit table and six chairs. There are large grassy areas in the rear and also in the front of the home.

I clean and disinfect hard surfaces between bookings. I also clean any used linens and spray soft surfaces with disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
