COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean the property between all guests using disinfectant spray and wipes.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Here I am offering access to the large 2 level deck of my primary residence, which faces the mountains of the Catskills Mountains. As part of this space, you will have access to all the property (4 acres of grassy fields and forest) including 3 unique buildings. The 3 unique buildings are classified as tiny houses.

Parking description

There is plenty of parking in our home driveway, for up to 8 cars, plus additional parking along the road. The driveway can handle passenger vans, box trucks etc.

Lighting description

The home faces the southern sky, so in the morning the daylight is on the back side. Brightest part of the day is from around noon till before sunset. The sun sets where its light will be the backdrop of the deck. There is a roof above the deck that can control the light, and large tent sheet material can be placed on the supports of this roof to control light. Inside the house there are blinds on the windows and sliding glass doors.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The only sounds from outside are of nature...birds, frogs at summer nights. We live next to secluded farms, so basically zero noise from cars, traffic, people. Neighbors are very far away.

Equipment loading description

There is a slight decline to come driveway. About 6-7 cars can part comfortably. Can even fit 24 foot box trucks. More parking can be along the road, or in very dry weather on the lawn.

Staging area is available

2 car garage, other small tiny houses within 150 feet of the main house.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
