Shooting both inside house and on property available. There is a nature trail also around the property. Set back from roadway allowing for privacy while working. Ample staging area available in basement. Three floors with different style options. Music video, advertisement and movie filming all work well here. Smoking in filming is allowed. Firepit option available.
