About the Space
Shooting both inside house and on property available. There is a nature trail also around the property. Set back from roadway allowing for privacy while working. Ample staging area available in basement. Three floors with different style options. Music video, advertisement and movie filming all work well here. Smoking in filming is allowed. Firepit option available.

General Rules
Food & catering is allowed inside the house in kitchen/dining/mudroom areas. Also outside seating for meals is available.
When large groups are using, we would like shoes off or booties used. Shoes okay for filming.
Items that crew would normally have to run to hardware or other stores can be available. We have some tools, ladders. tapes, accessories ...

Site is Cleaned before each booking according to CDC standards and local Health Dept. standards
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
