About the Space
Our space is right across from the beautiful Patterson Park and has been recently renovated for the perfect dinner party! A large new kitchen holds, double ovens, a viking cooktop, movable islands, all the dishes you could ask for. The second floor has a long bar area, cozy seating areas, a balcony, lots of plants, and tables that can be arranged in several different ways and can comfortable seat 18 - 24 guests. This space has been created ideally for events from 20 to 40 people that can also access the 1000 sq foot roof deck that overlooks the park! This space is all great for meetings, work gatherings, baby showers, photo shoots, and family gatherings. The perfect home away from home event space.

The is a brand new build that was designed with airflow and space in mind. The space is disinfected and cleaned between every event and completely aired out between visits. Fans and air filters are running consistently and there is access to outdoor space on the large roof deck or easy access to Patterson Park right across the street.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
