About the Space
Our space is right across from the beautiful Patterson Park and has been recently renovated for the perfect dinner party! A large new kitchen holds, double ovens, a viking cooktop, movable islands, all the dishes you could ask for. The second floor has a long bar area, cozy seating areas, a balcony, lots of plants, and tables that can be arranged in several different ways and can comfortable seat 18 - 24 guests. This space has been created ideally for events from 20 to 40 people that can also access the 1000 sq foot roof deck that overlooks the park! This space is all great for meetings, work gatherings, baby showers, photo shoots, and family gatherings. The perfect home away from home event space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I recently celebrated my mom's 73rd birthday and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The space was perfect—elegant, welcoming, and just the right vibe for the occasion. We were thrilled with how everything turned out and couldn’t have asked for a better setting to mark such a special day. The attention to detail and ambiance truly made the event memorable. It's a beautiful, bright space and the host was incredibly responsive and kind about our schedule changes. There was a fair amount of noise from the building next door--not so much as to interfere with our meeting, but just a warning that it might sound like someone is entering your building because of how the sound travels. There is a well-stocked kitchen with glasses, plates, etc. but visitors should bring their own coffee. The ability to screen cast to the TV was wonderful and worked very well.
It's a beautiful, bright space and the host was incredibly responsive and kind about our schedule changes. There was a fair amount of noise from the building next door--not so much as to interfere with our meeting, but just a warning that it might sound like someone is entering your building because of how the sound travels. There is a well-stocked kitchen with glasses, plates, etc. but visitors should bring their own coffee. The ability to screen cast to the TV was wonderful and worked very well.
Absolutely wonderful space and host! Heather was right there to greet us as we arrived (and patient as my arrival time kept changing due to heavy traffic). We are a fully remote office and needed a place to hold a small meeting for staff coming from Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania and this was ideal. The space is well-equipped, very clean and comfortable, and the wifi is great which was important as we were also bringing one of our meeting participants in virtually via Zoom. The location is excellent too. The park across the street is beautiful and there was no problem at all finding street parking. My only regret is we weren't able to take full advantage of the rooftop deck. :) We'll certainly return next time we're in Baltimore. Thank you, Heather!
