About the Space
Our space is located in the heart of Lafayette, in the historic neighborhood of Fightin'ville. (aka La Place) The multi-use studio is perfect for photoshoots, content creation, meetups, pop-ups, interviews, music videos, workshops, classes, podcasts, art exhibits, fashion shows, rehearsals and much more! We hope to serve Lafayette's community of indie artists, entrepreneurs, creatives, and woman-owned small businesses. SPACE: + Newly renovated + 1000+ Sq. Ft. + Exposed Pipes + Street Level Access + Handicap Accessible HISTORY: + Former home of House Rocker Records (Founded by legendary DJ, Paul Thibeaux aka The House Rocker, who was instrumental in giving local musicians much needed exposure by playing their music on his radio show. The House Rocker was able to expand his musical influence by opening House Rocker Records, the only black music store in Lafayette in the late 1960s. This changed the radio landscape in Southwest Louisiana and helped to launch the careers of many Zydeco, Southern Soul, Blues and R&B musicians.) LOCATION! LOCATION! Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
