Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This home is show ready at all times and sanitized.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This award winning home with vaulted ceilings and soaring windows was intentionally designed to portray a fresh take on a traditional English Manor. Clothing and brand photoshoots, commercials, family portraits and television interviews have successfully booked and produced stunning images to use. The home is 7,000 Square feet (5,500 available to use) and features limestone fireplaces, an iron/wood staircase, paneling, beautiful art, a moody romantic library with rolling ladder, grand open living/kitchen/dining. You can easily fit 50 cars or more on the street outside. Plus 3 parking spots in the driveway. The street is always empty.

Lighting description

The large vaulted window wall faces North, so there is no direct light coming in. In the morning, there is some direct light that comes in the East window above the great room fireplace. Brightest time of day would be around 11am or 2pm.
