Our Historic spanish style cottage was built in 1929. The studio is full of natural light and is perfect for studio, lifestyle, boudoir and portrait photography. With historic casement windows, and french doors overlooking the backyard you'll feel as though you've been transported to the European countryside.
The outdoor space has blooming flowers at many times if the year.
The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom, coffee maker and dishes.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
