About the Space
About this space Built initially as a second house and in-law studio, this tiny space is truly one of a kind. This Tiny House Studio is built in the backyard of my family's home, which is occupied by a family of 5 and a cat. It is unattached from the main house but the backyard is a shared space with my family. However, the Tiny House Studio has a private fenced-in backyard. The space The Tiny House Studio is an unattached home in the backyard of the main home. The space is equipped with: 1. Kitchen 2. Bathroom (bathtub) 3. Laundryroom 4. Bedroom studio space 5. Loft storage area (not a lounge area) 6. Hardwood flooring (kitchen and bedroom) 7. Radiant flooring (bathroom and laundryroom) 8. AC/Heat - 2 Ductless Heat Pumps

Lighting description
All windows have cordless blinds.
Natural light can be controlled by covering it with black paper or cardboard. Only non-damaging tape can be used.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You can hear neighbors next door if they're outside.
Light traffic sounds can be heard.
The AC and refrigerator makes a noise but it can be turned off (only by the home owner).

This space has security cameras in the front and back yard of the main house. The tiny house is in the backyard of a house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
This space is cleaned using Earth friendly cleaning products to avoid the smell of harsh chemicals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
