I have been an Airbnb Superhost with high ratings for cleanliness. I use disinfectant to clean door handles and hard surfaces. I clean thoroughly in between guests. Very important to keep my place ultra clean.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A large ground floor maisonette split level, with high ceiling and bay windows. The space consists of two bathrooms, two bathrooms, large through lounge, dining space and patio garden with exit onto street, making it accessible. The space has previously been used as a Green Room for the cast of Film Stars don't Die in Liverpool. Perfect for: baby showers, small family get togethers and celebrations, engagement celebrations, small birthday celebrations, friends get togethers. Parking permits can be purchased for a £10 flat fee, just add on at the time of booking. The space has two lovely cats that may be in the space during your booking. The host will tend to be onsite during your booking, but if not will provide details with how to access the property.

General Rules

No parties permitted. No smoking apart from garden. No cooking permitted, asides from making tea and coffee. Outside catering is permitted. No loud noise. I have two cats, please be conscious of them, Please take care of my property, it's my home.
