All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Whether you’re renting for client projects or self-education, I offer 1,500 square feet of industrial warehouse space versatile for studio photographers and natural light photographers. The rental rate includes: - 1500 sq. ft of unique space - Set props like tropical indoor house plants, modern and contemporary furniture (orange love seat, chairs, stools, side tables) - Savage seamless paper (86” rolls) – Super White, Fashion Gray, and Black - Assistance during your rental – I can help welcome your guests, set up/change color background papers, so that you can focus on your client/shoot. The Host Stephanie Was Honestly Amazing She Really Took Care Of Me And My Guest With Any Assisting Or Accommodating She Really Made Me Feel Like An Artist With Allowing Me To Create My Own Vision Using Her Space And Not Feeling Like She’s In The Way Definitely Would Recommend If Your Looking To Shoot Music/Short Film / PhotoShoots
