Full bathroom,included, half bathroom and kitchen available for add on. Full light control in the main space. Backdrops, lighting gear, computers and tethering system with monitor also available as add on. Makeup artists, stylist and full wardrobe services also available.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It's a not-too-large nice space of a historic urban vibe with painted over brick wall and rustic wooden floor. It also has some black metal stools, chairs and black sofa etc as props for photo shoots. Jon is responsive.

Very cozy and intimate space, all necessary equipment was on location. It features a projector, Jon was extremely helpful in helping me setting things up on the day. The space has a bathroom and natural light can be blocked out efficiently. Would definitely book again.
