Photography, videography and event space. Large 1000 sqft open space ideal for photography and video shoots. Perfect space for events of all kinds. Full bathroom,included, half bathroom and kitchen available for add on. Full light control in the main space. Backdrops, lighting gear, computers and tethering system with monitor also available as add on. Makeup artists, stylist and full wardrobe services also available.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Everything was absolutely amazing! I had my 35th birthday dinner in Jon’s space hibachi style and it turned about better than expected. Jon & his wife were very helpful friendly down to earth people and I’ll definitely recommend booking if considering. The space is enormous much better than the pictures.

It's a not-too-large nice space of a historic urban vibe with painted over brick wall and rustic wooden floor. It also has some black metal stools, chairs and black sofa etc as props for photo shoots. Jon is responsive.
