Make lifetime memories for your whole family in our roomy, lavishly-renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home on Deer Lake. Bonus rooms and creative arrangement of space gives you private sleeping quarters and plenty of closet space for each of the four plush queen size beds and a bunk bed set. A group of ten is no problem! Inside creature comforts include smart TVs and a game collection in two living areas, each with a fireplace and stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling lake view from the second floor. There is also a wet bar and a kitchen so nice it could make you want to cook if you don't feel like going out to one of the area restaurants. The grillmaster in your group will enjoy the outdoor grill too, especially since you may not want to come in after seeing all the outdoor amenities! Gather on the large deck, soak in the hot tub, sit on the lakefront patio or around the fire pit, or head to the dock with the kayak to make the most of the private lake access. The Poconos has been a favorite family vacation spot for generations for many good reasons. We've got waterparks, ski resorts, lakes and state parks, the Pocono Raceway, golf courses, and even a castle, just to name a few ways to spend your days.

• No smoking. If evidence of smoking is found inside, fine will be charged. • No pets allowed • No events, parties, or large gatherings • Full names of the guests are required for the house reservation. Number of guests on the property must not exceed the number of guests on the house reservation. Any additional unauthorized person is trespassing and not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will require all guests to leave the property immediately with forfeiture of all monies paid, and $150/night fine for each unauthorized person • You have access to entire house with the exception of washer & dryer, owner closet in master bedroom and storage closet in the kitchen • Do not move our furniture and décor during your stay • No deactivation of the exterior security cameras permitted • Community quiet hours 10pm-7am. • PLEASE NOTE!!! There are NO FIREWORKS allowed at any time in the community Liability and Damage: Guest agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from all liability, claims, loss, property damage or expenses, arising by reason of any injury, death or damage sustained by any person, or to the property of any person, in or on the property during the Term of this Agreement, including Guest. If there be an extensive damage to the property and damage deposit would not cover all costs, Guest is liable to cover any additional expenses to bring the property to its original condition. Violating of any house rules and/or local laws and regulation will require all guests to leave the property immediately with forfeiture of all monies paid including security deposit. The Homeowner is not responsible for lack of usage of the community amenities.
