Great space to film outdoor shoots, commercials, etc. An entertainer's delight for lounging and dining al fresco! Security cameras on premises No photo shots without our proper consent and compensation agreement PARTIES are NOT allowed Do not make noise after 11 pm The pool is open space, be very careful using the pool, if there any children involved it is your responsibility. Ages 16 and below require lifeguard if using pool. Pool heat is additional charge of $150 per day We have driveway and street free parking Before booking social media profile is required

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
