About the Space
The house was built in 1863, most recently having gone under renovations numerous times in the past 30 years. The house has been a boarding house, farm house and most recently a summer house. From the pool, streams, walking trails to the spacious layout and comfortable furniture, this house is made to entertain. Featured in Country Living, this house does not disappoint.

There is a very large and wide driveway that can accommodate many cars. Parking is not an issue.
General Rules
*No Smoking Inside
*No bonfires during "dry" season
*No Glass near the pool
*Outside catering is encouraged
*If booked for film shoots or other multi hour, with full crew, porta potties must be brought in.

Health and Safety Measures
This is a very clean space. We pride ourselves on going the extra step for our guests to ensure that the entire environment is clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
