Welcome to my 4500 square foot exquisitely designed brownstone in Upper Manhattan. Perfect for intimate events, photoshoots, and corporate retreats, you will be blown away by the sheer space and luxury the space offers. Every piece of art and furniture in the space has been curated to offer my guests a modern space with touches of vintage. It's a fantastic spot for small dinners (under 15 people) or corporate retreats. The home boasts 4 floors, comprising a media room, parlor floor, dining room, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. You will be blown away by the beauty and elegance of the space.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
